I personally would not break up with someone if they could not have kids. Until recently, I really had no desire whatsoever to have any of my own.

If they concealed the fact from me that they were unable to have kids (provided I desired to have kids), that would cause a serious rift in the relationship as I had been deceived the entire time.

Once a relationship has become exclusive/serious, the subject of kids - to have or not have, can't have, other options such as infertility treatments (which I don't believe in), adoption, fostering, etc.- should be discussed.

My answer is from personal experience.

a) If you really, really love your girl friend you will love her whether she can or cannot have children;

My experience was one where I wanted children really bad but kept having miscarriages (3 prior to my first child). Then one day my husband and I were talking and we decided that if we don't have kids, then God must not want us to have our own and that would be fine too. He loved me and I loved him regardless. Then not long after I found out I was pregnant and carried our first child full-term and had a baby girl. We had a miscarriage after our first child and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to have a second child and shortly after found that I was pregnant again and had our second daughter.
