Will you ever run out of tears

Certain things can make developing "dry eyes" more likely, though. For example, a friend of mine's husband had laser surgery to correct his vision. He was ecstatic with the results, so she eventually had the same surgery. She was less than ecstatic, however, because she developed "dry eyes" as a result. She had to have plastic plugs put into her tear ducts (which, by the way, aren't where your tears are generated but, instead, are the vessels that carry your tears away from your eyes and into your nasal passages) and eventually had to have the tear ducts cauterized (burned shut) more than one time to try to correct the problem.

Her eye doctor told her (after the surgery!) that this happens not infrequently in women who have laser surgery on their eyes after menopause. So, if you're a woman past menopause, be sure and ask your doctor about your risk for dry eyes before undergoing laser surgery!

no, your body is constantly reproducing body fluids all the time.
Not as long as I have fears....
Never, the body is many wondrous thing! It will manufacture new ones.
Of course not, you can not run out of tears it may feel that way when you cry soo much and you feel you cant cry no more, but over all you can not run out of tears =)
Normally, no. But in some pathological conditions, tear production may be impaired
