If you don't drink water to replace the tears you cry, you will eventually dehydrate and die - so I guess that would count as "running out of tears."
the only way to do this is to stop drinking anything at all..thus causing dehydration..which is a lack of fluid in the body

actually your tear ducts can dry out. My ex grilfriend had this problem, her eyes always burned and the doctor told her seh wasnt producing tears.
The probability of such an event where I will stop having tears for the rest of my life is virtually zero. The world will always have some great tragic things or most amusing humuor that would bring tears withou or with great laughter.
But fluid that comes from the inner chamber to the outer chamber of the eye can stop only with some kind of disease that eye surgeons may be able to specify.

Your body produces tears just like it produces new skin cells and red blood cells, etc., unless you are plagued by certain medical conditions where the body stops doing so. So, while it is possible, it is normal for the body to continue producing tears throughout life.
