thats where your liver is. it could be appendix or hernia. maybe even a kidney stone. get yourself checked out

I had a pain in the same area and the doctor said that it was probably gas. I used to drink alcohol pretty often and cut that out and started eating healthier and the pain went away. I think appendicitis is a very sharp pain, but can be serious if that is the case. You might want to have it checked.
could be lots of things... muscular pain, appendicitis, constipation, ovarian cysts, etc. UTI is also possible but less likely (unless you're having burning with urination and increased frequency of urination). you're liver is in your right upper abdomen, so that's less likely as well.
