Ooohhh I get it too, so frustrating isnt it. My kids think it is rather cool though. however I have found mine is brought on when I have essays to hand in so it looks like mine is liked with stress. Anything stressing you?

It is from being tired. Should go away by tomorrow or the next day.
Could be due to eye strain. May help to get your eyes checked.
this may be a result of spending too much time in front of the computer without regular breaks. or otherwise doing a lot of reading without breaks...if you wear glasses you need to maybe get your eyes checked out again to strengthen the prescription
