This is simply what prunes do. Try eating less of them and see if that helps.
It's VERY high in fiber. It's supposed to do that, that's why people who are constipated eat it.
Read the back of the box, prunes are dried up plums. They are high in fiber and are a natural laxitive. Ask some old people they will tell you.
