Can't get med. help or a Dr. was told to move! And I would if I the money.One hosp. told me to on st. and die! WHY IS IT LIKE THIS WHY

I can't imagine why someone who is ill would be treated like that. Why don't you write a letter to your congressman? Their office can often take care of a situation like this. I'm sorry you are having such a bad time. Good Luck and God Bless

Go to a university hospital. These hospitals are teaching hospitals, and they do not turn you away. Payment is based on what you make. They will help you, and get you a doctor. Where do you live?

Dunno, same reason states won't give food stamps to someone who owns their own home! (Ridiculous! A few $$ a week in food would keep me afloat right now!) It's all about the money... Seriously though I'm still paying to a hospital that saw me and put me on a payment plan. And our city's teaching hospital will do "charity care" if THEY determine you need care and can't pay. (they are much nicer than the government about it!) Ask to speak to the business office and discuss plans with them as soon as you can.
