Answer:Maybe we do but we're asleep so we don't notice and maybe the people who would hear us if we sneezed when we were aslepp, coincidentally just happedned to be asleep also or not in the general area. Anyway it defies the laws of nature and physics, and if someone did sneeze when they were asleep, it would open a rip in the timespace continuum and the universe as we know it would end. Cue scary organ music......
Are you sure? I never heard of that. If it is true, that is a good fact (funny, I cannot recall sneezing in my sleep)
