No clue but it does it to me and my brother.
It has notthing to doe with dust or anything like that I know that much. It has something to do with your eyes adjusting to the light.

Okay, so I just went outside and looked at the sun. I didn't sneeze. Maybe it's you?
It does...i didnt know that...i look at the sun all the time(I know dumb..) I dont ever sneeze....hhmm...let me think..idk
Maybe because when you look up, it opens up your nostrils a little bit better making dust in pollen to enter causing you to sneeze..
