Why does chewing tobacco make your breath smell bad
Well, if this is a serious question, as I think everyone knows tobacco has a disgusting smell and taste, it's because you're putting tobacco in your mouth.
Ever lick an ashtray? Or the bottom of a birdcage? That's what it tastes like to kiss a person who chews tobacco or smokes. Someone who spits? Get the hell away from most people! There's nothing worse. Ick.

If you mean scientificly why tobacco smell's, I don't know.
Tobacco chewers also have a very high rate of head and neck cancer. If you drink alcohol, you increase your chances enormously.
The tobacco is directly on your gums, so it can be more harmful than smoking. If you have any white patches there, that is most likely precancerous.
I've seen many people have surgery for head and neck cancer, and it ain't pretty to have half of your neck, face, jaw and tongue removed. You can't really talk, you can't eat, and you look hideous. Those are the lucky ones.
If it's not operable, sadly you won 't live very long.
Don't chew, don't smoke. Everything in moderation. It works!

because of all of the chemicals in tobacco, if you chew then you might be one of the cool people down the road that has their jaw removed, they are really funny. i think bad breath is the least of your concerns
