I know, it's a random question, but I'm just curious.
Answer:Your skin has naturally a few layers of dead skin on it and after time it falls off. When you fingers and feet are wet for too long its because the dead cells have absorbed alot of water making the cells swell and thus creating wrinkles. Feet and toes are more prones as they are more sensitive and have more thickness of cells on them. I remember doing this in science class a few years ago.
