because i suppose that your heart rate drops aswell as you breathing as your body is shutting down to recouperate
Because you are "falling" into unconciousness. Its a totally different part of your brain
I get it because as I fall asleep I often start dreaming about playing baseball and swinging at a pitch, or some other similar action. Could that be it?
