We do!! Although I don't think I've done it myself, I have witnessed my 4 yr old son sneezing when he's flat out, very cute!

I do! I always get a really bad case of hay fever in April/May and keep sneezing like nobody's business, even at night and it's so annoying, keeps waking me up

I do, when I've got a cold, infact it's bloody annoying when you have a cold and you can't sleep cos of sneezing.
