Different reasons. Low immunity, food allergies, too-harsh toothpaste. You will have to pinpoint it with the help of your doctor. I am allergic to foods that cause mouth ulcers (carrots, pecans) AND I can only use 1 kind of toothpaste (plain Colgate). Try different things to see what helps. And take your vitamins!!!!!1

Every time i get mouth ulsers, i rinse my mouth with warm,salty water. It tastes horrible, but it works every time. Just make sure you dont drink to much of it. =P

Mouth Ulcers also know as canker sores... Can be caused by numerous things. Stress, foods your are eating, a small cut in your mouth....

Try some of these symptoms I use to get them a lot when I was younger and this is what my doctor said.

1. eat a lot of yogurt... This will help prevent more from coming

2. you can use a numbing gel to help relieve pain.

3. I used 1/2 hydrogen Peroxide and 1/2 water.. swish it in your mouth IT TASTE HORIBLE DON"T SWALLOW ANY.. .this will put a coating on the inside of your mouth and help heal the sore.

Try rinsing your mouth out with Listerine every morning and night. It will kill the germs in it, and keep your breath minty fresh.
