Whenever i am sick with a cold or flu i always crave junk food and grease, does anyone else get like this or know why this happens.
Answer:because you are not well and feel the need
of comforting and junk food does this
not good idea though
Its' called comfort food.
things like mac and cheese and other high caloric food makes you feel better, its also an increase of carbs which helps you have energy to fight off your cold.
Maybe you have your period?
I think it's because the body wants to have lots of calories in reserve to use as energy fighting the illness. You would do better to have an orange or something like that, though.
