Why do I have so many headaches Its starting to make me worry that something else is seriously wrong

Ever since I got a concussion in 3rd grade (now i'm an 11th grader) I've had headaches very regularly. But it's strange the ammount of headaches will increase over a period of about a month and then decline and rise again... Now I have headaches maybe 3 times in 2-4 hours. I dont wanna go to the doctor yet till i know what's going on. I just dont understand it... sometimes they're really bad like migranes and then sometimes they're dull and annoying but they vary in places on my head, but for some reason always on the left side... I cant remember what side i was hit on but i know that ever since then I've been having headaches regularly and I used to never have any before the accident.
