Please, do not tell me to quit drinking and so on. I do not drink.

But the last week my face is awful. It's blotted and puffy. I ate

nothing new, but got cold (had to be out and it was very cold

outside).

Is it some allergy or something? I just woke one morning like this!

I do not even know what doctor to go to.

Answer:

Take some Benadryl and see if it helps. If it does then likely it's an allergy. Even if you've not tried any new foods or exposed yourself to anything new in the environment, you may have developed a late allergy, that happened to me. One morning I woke up and POOF! I was allergic to certain types of seasonings. It's hard to tell by your post, but is there a chance it's bloating and water retention? Is your blood pressure running high? I would try the Benadryl first and then start by seeing a Family Practitioner to go from there. It's likely an allergy but it may be something else.
