why could someone have a permanent lower body temperature than others and is there any disease which causes decrease in body temprature.last question is there in other symtoms other than feeling cold by which someone can feel his body temperature is low??

my normal is around 97.
it's my guess that in the whole population, somewhere between 97 and 98 is the normal body temperature, despite the 98.6 that's advertised.
have your thyroid checked..this symptom is common am ong those who have a low thyroid. stay in touch so i can help if the need arises. what is your % of body fat? are u eating right? c ya
