The heanly fatehr thought about it and saw that when you sneeeze with your eyes open ..your eyes will most probaply pop out.... True....it will.
So instinctive... your eyes close when you sneeze.
It is a reflex to shut your eyes, it protects them.
It is a natural reflex that the body does, hopefully to keep your eyes inside of your head without popping out. lol.
That's a lot of air/pressure coming out when you sneeze. The eyes naturally shut at that point. Do you know your heart stops beating when you sneeze too? If your eyes were left wide open, it would probably hurt like heck!

Its funny it is a natural reaction for to shut your eyes when you sneeze. Because your sinuses are behind your eyes the pressure makes them shut.
