sneeze = muscles contract, kinda either will be a squirt or a stop

I never knew this to be the case.
I would suppose that the sneeze would interrupt the stream, because of tension created in muscles in the pubo-coccygeal area. Just a guess.
In fact, it is the other way about - you have to suspend the pee if you have to sneeze!
