I feel so thirsty these days that i started to drink too much water. I haven't eaten anything very salty or unhealthy and i haven't taken alcohol since maybe 3 weeks.
Answer:Excessive thirst lasting multiple days may be an indication of diabetes. This could indicate that you may have high blood sugar also known as (hyperglycemia). You should see your doctor since this is continuing so that you can be properly evaluated. There are also other issues that can cause extreme thirst so it is best that you seek medical help.
