Answer:
You need more iron in your diet, or wear pants.
poor circulation
Poor circulation...you need to exercise more ? But check with your doctor to be on the safe side.
Blood is not circulating properly.. u should seek doctor advise and see if they can offer u to take some pills or better yet.. just start exercising more!
you may have reduced blood circulation in your lower extremities...you should consider wearing heavier clothing to keep them warmer, or visit the doc who may determine that the lower circulation is related to an issue with having smaller veins...good luck
poor circlation in your legs the blood is not getting through your legs right like they should be...always keep socks or slippers on your feet that should help
At times when you feel cold in your extremities ... you can reduce that by adding more protein in your diet. I can certainly be a circulation issue however it is much easier to sit down and consume low fat cottage cheese or a tin of tuna which are both high in protein and see if you feel the results... eggs also are a very high source of protein...
You should check with your physician. I get cold legs and feet too and I would wear thick socks to bed and either use a hot pad to warm up the spot my feet will be when I go to bed or place extra blankets where my feet are. Make sure you do not fall asleep with the hotpad on. WebMD is a great site to find useful info too.
