I mean by how the mechanism.and why do we sneeze more in winter??

Answer:

sneezing is a reflex. we usually sneese when we feel that someting is irritating the nose, or when some bacteria clogs up the nose/ears/throat.

the mechanism is simple:

the impulse of irritation travels from your nose to your brain, and as a response air explouses from your lungs to your nose and mouth, the speed of the air may reach 155 mph

its more common in winter because that is the season for colds and flu:)

the cold lowers our immune systems and we are more likely to get sick. sneezes get potential germs far away from but by at least 10 feet. when your nose and body feels somthin wrong it sneezes. its for protection.
The body sneezes to expell foreign particles in the respiratory system. Usually, when an irritant touches the nose hairs it stimulates the brain to tell the lungs to suck up air and clear the air passages. We sneeze more in winter because respiratory illnesses are usually more common during winter.
We do not sneeze more in winter than in summer, but it could be that a house isn't properly ventilated and all of the Windows and doors are shut. No circulation of air with clean air coming in.....dust in the house irritates the membranes of the nose. The body gathers air in the lungs (notice when you sneeze you inhale first) and then exhales it primarily through the nose to clear away the dust and other irritants. With most people sneezing in the spring and summer is worse because of all of the allergens in the air.
