I'm not talking about an hour or two.

I'm talking about weeks. There would be a week that I would be hungry all the time and eat and eat and would still be hungry and feel empty.

But after a couple of weeks have passed. I would lose my appetite. I would go on for days or a week or two just drinking water and maybe a piece of bread or something very light because the smallest portion of food would make me feel very full.

SO, what's wrong?

I go through the same cycle....maybe not as extreme though.

To me, I've noticed it has to do with several factors. #1 is if my stomach is stretched (like eating a huge amt at night, then waking up and being hungry). This is the easiest and quickest way to gain weight that you don't necessarily want.

#2 would be stress.

#3 would be your amount of sleep. Get at least 8 hrs per night, if you can.

The key thing is just regulating your diet as much as you can. Eat small, healthy portiions, regularly. Even though I don't usually get hungry untl about noon, I usually have a banana or apple and a glass of milk about one hr after I get up.

It gets your metabolism going.


Sounds like ur digestive system is off sync. Maybe a good colon cleanse would be helpful to flush out the impurities, which are messing with your triggers in your stomach, which make you hunger or feel full.
there is nothing wrong, It is just that your body is able to keep food and store energy for long periods. all body's work different in that aspect, depending on what and when you eat, and how those foods break down into your system. common sense tells you that some food gives you more energy than others, which is true, but some foods also break down better and can store what your body needs...for longer.
i don't know, but that same thing happens to me where i just eat and eat and can't stop, i'm constantly eating something, and then about a week later, i won't eat anything but some bread or oatmeal maybe once a day at the most and i'll just drink water and energy drinks.
well look... I used to have that problem but that's normal I think don't worry about it but my advise is that go to the doctor to see if you are okay, sometimes those problems with not eat could bring you bad diseases that u don't even realize. So check that problem, doctors may help u by giving you pills to eat and doing all the staffs the doctors do.
