I know sleeping more is better than sleeping less. Today I had 11 hours of sleep and I wanted to sleep more when I woke up. Earlier when I was talking to someone I realized I couldnt really speak properly. I'm in my late teens. How much sleep should I get

At your age you need lots of sleep-more 10 or 11 than 8!


I am with you on this one. I sometimes get 10-13 hours of sleep and still want to continue sleeping. The best way I deel with this stress is just to jump right out of bed when you wake up, but not as soon as you wake up, you will get dizzy.
Sleep as much as you want or can. Thats what I do and I feel great evertime I wake up. Dont worry about hours, everyone is different. But try to get 6+ hours a night though
You can actually get tired of sleeping and get stuck in a cycle.

I've found that I can run on 4-5 hours of sleep.


i had the same prob! they say you feel sleepy if you dont get enough sleep and if you get to much sleep! weird! they say your sapose to get 7-8 hours of sleep every nite!good luck!
Sometimes you can have "sleep inertia" after an especially long sleep. "Sleep inertia" just means you don't get fully awake for a while.
