White dots on your nails are symptoms of what deficiency
Some people say it calcium some people say its zinc.
What is it actually?
Answer:It could man a variety of things.
The white dots on your nails is called leukonychia. Yes, it can certainly b a symptoms of a zinc and/or calcium dificiency, but it can also be a sign of:
Fungal infection
Nail trauma (like slamming your finger in a door - the original nail would be brusied underneath/ or black and blue - but as the nail grows, it will leave white marks or dots).
Psoriasis - this affects the nails as well as your skin.
Dehydration

i think is just natural
It is most certainly a zinc deficiency.
You need to increase your intake of zinc rich foods ie: vegies, whole grains, wheat bran, wheat germ, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
A good way to do this is to grind pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds and sprinkle over your cereal in the mornings.
