sometime when my bowels move i get real hot and break out in sweat and almost pass out i get sick to my stomach i feel really realy bad all the tim

Answer:

It definitely sounds like you have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). You should see your doctor. Its a pretty common condition and there are medications for it. Good luck, feel better!

That happened to me alot when I was on drugs. Are you on drugs? If so stop taking them for ever and start taking laxative so they go back to normal.
