I feel really bad when my best friends say something that hurts and put me down. I just broke up the 15 years friendship with one of my bestfriend over this issue. He said I deserve it when I got into a car accident.
I feel bad when I have to discipline my child. I dont spank unless absolutely necessary but she gets sad if she knows I'm mad at her and it makes me feel terrible but I can't just not discipline her because I don't want her to grow up being a brat and thinking the world will bend to her every whim.
