In tha past 3 weeks due to appointments for my mother and myself I have been twice a week I am only in there about 10 minutes and I get a tickley cough then in the evening I'm sneezing with a bit of a runny nose. They have air conditioning so maybe it's that. I had a chest infection had antibiotics and it cleared up. Also have to keep putting lip balm on. Is it the dry air?
Answer:When I visit a doctors surgery, the same thing happens. I mentioned it to my doctor, and she told me that air pollution caused by a packed waiting room causes an allergic reaction in some people and was a factor. Makes you think.
yes it is the A/c
your lucky u don't have mrsa. thats the most popular bug u catch from the hospitals
yes it is the air conditioning it just circulates all the germs we have air con at work and i always get a dry cough and i sneeze a lot we should wear a mask
mrsa
First off it is not MRSA. MRSA is a contact infection meaning that unless she touched and infected open site or got some bodily fluid on her that was infected and then touched bodily fluid on herself. It is probably the air conditioning unit. Although hospitals are very clean the air conditioning units are usually set pretty cool , therefore it is the cool dry air that you are breathing.
