could be something as simple as hemeroids, but best to see your doctor as soon as you can

P.S. I take it that #2 is going to the loo? (i.e. prairie doggin', defecating, pooping? etc.)

You definitely want to get this checked out by your doctor. It could be a number of things. Some of them serious.

A lot of possibilities why that's happening. It can be amoeba or something.

Go to your doctor NOW! And he'd probably ask you to get a stool sample to be tested.

could be bacterial, could be a tissue tear etc. too many possibilities if it keeps happening better consult a doctor!
