What to do about a cough
Well, what kind of cough is it? Dry? Phlegmy?
If you have a dry cough, then honestly the best thing to use is Regular Coke. For some reason, it helps stop a dry cough in its tracks.(Then again, Coke was originally marketed as a cough medicine).
If you have nasal congestion and are suffering from Post Nasal drip, that can also make you cough, the best thing to use is a Nasal spray, rather than a cough syrup.
If you have chest congestion, then the best thing to use is an expectorant.. it will make you cough more, however, it will work to break up the mucus.
Hope this helps.
Ever think of Cough Medicine?

the best ever
If it is a nonproductive cough(nothing coming up when u cough) then that is not good and you will need a medicine like Mucinex which you can but OTC to help cough up the drainage.
gargle w/ saltwater.
If that doesn't help, try hot water w/ lemon & honey
Depends on why you are coughing?
Bacterial infection... Antibiotics.
Viral infection? Antiviral.
Too much pot... Stop smoking pot!
Just allergies. Rrrrr-Eeeee-Colaaaaa and some claritin.
Honey, lemon and water works too... and if it is bacterial or viral and you can stomach it... mix some garlic and turmeric into the honey and lemon and chug a lug...
