What should i look for in food/drink to give me more energy/stamina
i need more energy for my p/e class, i always tire out way b4 any1 else.im not overweight or asmatic. i want to know what i should look for on the nutrition label to give me more energy and stamina. dont tell me to eat protein bars or shakes.someone told me that you should consume lots of carbs b4 you start exercising. that true?
Answer:I think the best thing is to eat fruits, something with calories and sugar - I used to have the same problem but honestly you don't need anything , all it is: is that you have to push yourself each time you do w.e sport; do it everyday and push your self more and more .... but like 30 minutes before class you could eat fruits or something healthy with energy (calories).
It's all about good nutrition and exercising daily that will increase your stamina.
