Answer:

To avoid Vitamin D deficiency recommended daily intake is 100 IU, you wont get much vit D from green vegies they contain sources of Vit A ( Retinol ) To treat Vit D defficiency

Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) RDI 5mcg daily.

Oh yeah egg yolks also contain Vit D.

If you get 20 min. of sunshine a day, you won't have a Vit. D deficiency. They add Vit. D to cow's milk and soymilk. You could take calcium with Vit. D added like I do. :-)
Milk is a good source for vitamin D. , or take a supplement, or stand in the sunshine for 15 minutes / day. All work.
Get plenty of sunshine, and look for foods with Vitamin D suppliments. And try leafy green vegetables.
Get out in the sun... Vit D is synthesized in your body when you are exposed to sunlight.... Green leafy veggies such as spinach help and you can find calicum supplements that also have Vit D in them....
Try some natural sunshine. If not available, you can always take 1800 mg. Calcium w/D.
whole milk
take a multivitamin everyday. has vitamin d and they're good for you anyway!
eat dairy products, and get out in the sun once and a while.

Eat a balanced diet and have some milk, should help keep your vitamine d levels ok.
