Yes I know to get medical attention, but if I am a long way from help, or it may be awhile.
Answer:They are saying take a baby aspirin, but there are different types of stroke. One is caused by blockage from a blood clot that has traveled to the brain, the other is caused by a blood vessel that burst and is putting pressure on the brain. In the latter, an aspirin would be a bad idea.

Take an asprin. It thins the blood and allows blood to flow inside the veins easier. I would also consult a doctor to get advice as to what to do in case of a stroke.
