as it's almost spring time,when I got out(there are many gardens around)I feel some pain at the back of my nose and feel like something irritation my trachea so I cough.

I've never had such a problem during any spring.Im 19 now and want to know ur opinions if u suffer from same problem

that'd be your sinuses. you might have seasonal allergies. Sometimes you get them later in life. Mine are getting worse every year and I am 24. started getting them a couple years ago.

It's just allergies. I've had the same problem for years. Talk to your doctor, he can give you something to help relieve those symptoms.

I suffered from the same problem once. There are certain people who are born with allegies and some who have them triggered by the weakened immune system. The reactions get worse as the person gets older if it remains unattended. I went to see my doctor, told the symtoms, and they did an allergy test. I found out that I was allergic to pollen. (I haven't been allergic before.) They said this sudden allegry happens if there is a slightly weak immune system. SO, after I ate more fruits and veggies,(and a lot of water with exercise,) I wasn't allergic anymore!!! Hope this helps!!!

It is most likely allergies. Try over the counter Loratadine once-a-day tablets.
