IS IT VITAMIN C & ORANGES?

Answer:

Anytime I feel a cold coming on I drink 3-4 glasses of Wellness Tea, by Celestial Seasons. Drink 3 to 4 glasses of it per day. Its the one that contains echanacia , zinc and vitamin C.

I would bulk up on zinc lozenges as well.

Drink alot of water and OJ.
