Answer:a nurse practioner is some one who is the right hand person for a qualified staff nuse. they are just below a staff nurse on the pay scale. they can do thing like take blood's from patients do bp's and so on. these are jobs that staff nurse's can't get aroound to do.

like doctors ,independent experienced nurses offer their nursing services to the needy.these persons are not employees of any hospital but they know their job and they would carry on the instructions of any doctor.generally their services are utilized by patients who need long term treatments at their home
