A private caregiver

I am a student LVN graduating this September and I am looking for private work. I currently work as a care manager for a independent and assisted living facility. I would be interested in working in the Santa Clarita and Antelope Valley areas.

Most LPN/LVN's have to have some hospital experience to do private duty

you are aware that private duty does NOT pay for insurance, pension, vacations, sometimes even workers comp ?
