A hangover question
When youve had a lot to drink, the next day I always have a racing heart. Is this normal & does it happen to you?
Answer:You have a racing heart because you are really dehydrated. Go get some Gatorade. Any flavor. Several bottles. After you drink a few of those, you will feel much better.
Alcohol takes all the fluids out of your body which also takes away your potassium and sodium. Gatorade will replace all of that. And take Tylenol if you have a headache.
maybe.i got a racing heart right now,from drinking 36 hours now.every 2nd-3rd day into a binge i can't breathe b/c my heart races so.but i'm also a chainsmoker.
Yes, because drinking a lot dehydrates you and when you are dehydrated it can cause arrhythmia and tachycardia. Basically it makes your heart beat like crazy. Try alternating alcohol and water. Have a shot, Have a glass of water. Have a beer, have some water. then when you get home drink a big glass of water before you go to bed. It will help to rehydrate you and keep that nasty hangover away.
alcohol is a poision, and when alot of it is put into your body then your body is not going to function normally for the next day. Just drink some water, and eat a piece of bread then take a nap and you should wake up feeling a lot better.
When ever i had a hangover i felt like a pile of poop. My heart would race, and i would have a head ache and stomach ache. so it is normal.
And this is random, and has nothing to do with your question, but i dont understand how alcohol is legal and marijuana is not. Alcohol is so much more dangerous then marijuana.
well what ever..
hope u feel better. <3
Sounds like withdrawal symptoms.
