I'm a 13-year old boy, and I've been doing sit-ups, crunches, and push-up, and jump-rope to be healthier and make my stomach look slimmer. What is the right amount of sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, and jump-ropes I should do? I don't want to do too much and hurt myself. Please be more descriptive, and give me sources. I will give 10 points to anyone who is more discriptive, and who helps the most. Thanks.
Answer:situps per day 50
pushups perday 50
crunches perday 100
jumprope perday 25 min.
since its summer by the time u start school u should have a flat stomach.
The most scientific answer you can get is contained in Dr. Coopers "Aerobics". He will tell you to concentrate on jump rope. Three to six times a week. And give you the exact minutes you need for this and any similar exercise depending on the progress you are making. Also, he includes routines for the others you mentioned. He also includes the benefits.
The one caveat. Joint problems. He does not consider impact.
For some reason people do not want a scientific answer to this question. I do not know why.
