I think I am suffering from paranoia. which means I have been mistaken about a lot of things in my life. which explains away a lot of things. I scared off my love interest as well

I don't know what to think anymore. what is real and what is not. i am so scared

sounds like you might be paranoid schitzofranic (Sp?) Please get profecional help. There are medications for these problems.

Maybe a doctor....you can take online tests they are really good, but you can't just count on them, at the top or the end of them usually it will tell you to what to do after you take them. Sometime it will have you print out the test and bring them to the doctor with you.

Hello Sau L. I would like to know more about your paranoia. What do you see or hear? Do not be scared, usually these things are treated with meds to diminish the symptoms. It is important that you go to a psychiatrist to get diagnosed and treated. A year ago I started having weird symptoms and hallucinations, I was also scared at that time.
