Hey, like i said, ive got a driving test tomorrow, scary stuff, and im getting the pre nerves tonight, you guys known any good tricks to help calm them?

Hi,

I passed my test in December, and it was my 1st attempt,

Before my test I ate loads of bananas for energy, and I had a can of red bull.

I breezed it, with only 5 minors,

I am the most nervous driver ever, and last year I witnessed the most horiffic accident,

If I can do it you can,

Stay calm and think that you can do it,

What's the worst that can happen if you don't pass ???

It's 拢50 to try again.

Exercise
Have 2 or 3 beers before you go in.
Just don't think about it, you will do fine, you have probably driven all over the place before, it will be like riding a bike. Just relax.
practice alot today... dont worry.... 90% of people always pass the driving test on the first try... youll do ok... i hope....

Thats probably the hardest section of the driving test...


Are you of legal drinking age? I'd say a couple of shots! LOL Seriously, try some deep breathing exercises or yoga.
Take a Benedryl that will help. Just know you are going to do well! Good luck!
Go to the health food store and ask them for "black tea" brew a cup and add some honey and you will be nice and relaxed, with out the side effects of 2 or 3 beers that someone mentioned up above. Good luck, oh and you will do fine.
Visualize about getting inro a car accident. Then your confidence will rise.
Eat a couple of bananas for breakfast. They contain natural beta blockers which help calm your nerves. Don't eat too many and make yourself sick though.
Remember that your instructor also had to go through exactly the same ordeal.

Remember to try and breathe normally and regularly. Take a few deep breaths if you start to feel really nervous.

Show confidence even when you don't feel confident. Greet your instructor with a firm handshake and a warm smile, if possible. Hope you do well! Good luck.
