You already see that you are useless during the day if you don't get enough sleep.
There is no magic pill for this. You need to get more sleep and you should feel better. This is common in college students who are just learning to manage their time. My son has the same problem! HE doesn't listen to me, but maybe YOU will. : )
You really should start making yourself number one, as a aged care nurse I have seen many people pass away, and not one of them have said,' I wish I had worked harder in my life'. Time management, just break your 24hrs into compartments, allowing 8hrs to work, 8hrs recreational and other things like sitting down for your evening meal, having a lovely hot shower, spending time with loved ones, 8 hrs to sleep. Try this for just a week, hopefully your tiredness will start to lift.
