Ive been pulling all nighters like crazy nowadays
I'm DEAD tired during the day. i Just can't focus. And I have so much work. can anyone give me any tips on how to maybe manage my time better. Does anyone know something i can take to stay awake besides caffeine? please and thank you.
Answer:Hey, let me help you sleep! (I know- you get your best work done @ night, but actually ....) Brains fundamentally work better in the early morning hours (about 5am - 8 am). So the best thing to do is get to bed early. Plan out how much sleep you need to be healthy and then work the clock backwards from there. To train your body to sleep use sleep deprivation - if after 20 minutes you are not asleep, then stay awake for 20 minutes reading a dictionary (or something more boring) then try going to sleep again. Repeat the process as often as needed. Then - no matter how you feel - get up at the appointed time. Put the alarm clock out of reach and get up! If your body rjects sleeping fear not - you will eventually lear to fall asleep - when you are sleep deprived and teaching yourself to sleep remember the mantra- worse today, better sleep tomorrow...

As for staying awake during the day, sleep will fix that and I have heard green tea might keep you awake. I don't drink either so I wouldn't know. ;)
Take some naps. That's not healthy, no job or $ is worth your health.
Urgh..Me too...I usually fall asleep @ 11PM and wake up and 7AM....seems like a lot but it aint. I try to take naps....Oraganize when to do some of my homework....Dont hang out with friends too late....and limit my computer time...Remeber health brfore job, or then its not worth it...
You have to make having 7 hours of sleep a night a big priority.
