Ive been having panic attacks 4 the past 2weeks what shhould i do
I understand what you are going through as I go through the same thing. At times I can talk myself down from the attacks if I know it is coming on.
You might try this take deep slow breaths and think of something wonderful (your happy place)
Also find someone to talk to sometimes just talking about it helps a great deal.

I deal with panic attacks, but I have never thrown up over one! It is a bad deal. Sometimes one just hits me and I don't know why! You can't keep stressing over the next attack, you are making it worse on yourself that way. My doctor gave me a "chill pill". You need to try to thing of a relaxing moment and breath! Thing of your favorite place. The beach with your toes in the sand or whatever is relaxing to you. Imagine yourself some where other than where you are to relax yourself and get thru the situation. Welcome to the club!! Just so you know, you will be a much stronger person in the future when you go through life with anxiety disorder. Its important for you to understand that there will be many many more times that you will have to deal with impending anxiety and panic attacks. You will always be affraid of the next attack as does EVERYONE with this disorder including me. The great news is there are some meds that can completely help you during these extremly stressfull times. Xanax and Klonopin just to name 2 have had some great success in these times. In fact some people use these meds and some dont. Its up to you and your Doc to work that out. Try what works for you as an individual. I promise there are some things you can do now to turn your whole life around for the better. And for one now take some deep breaths and ask yourself "whats the worse that can happen?"
