I feel sweaty, dizzy, and vomit, usually when im in a differnt environment, i have never had this before it has happened 3 times in the past 2 weeks, had the doccheck me out and they said it was anxiety attacks, what can i do, i have to ffly soon and im scared o get on a plane now, im so scared of having another one i dont know how to get it out of my brain

I myself have anxiety attacks and the fact is your body produces adreniline at an inappropriate and unneccessary time. That is what an anxiety attack is. Some respond by getting aggressive, others by becoming fearful. If you need to fly and you are that fearful, you should ask the doctor about Lorazapam or Clonazapam both of which can prevent and even stop anxiety attacks. Take one just before you get on the plane and you will be very mellow and maybe even take a short nap. Just get a script for five or six pills, and take one before each flight (not too long before the flight, they will make you a bit sleepy and give you difficulty in concentrating). Also after the immediate issue is past you should see a councilor about overcoming this fear for good. Meds are a temporary/partial fix for most any mental problem, the root must be addressed.


first of all, get a hold of yourself. you need to learn some relaxation techniques. maybe a couple different ones. they are easy to do, basically just breathing and focusing on other things. if thats not something that interests you, then your doctor should have given you a script for cymbalta or some other med for your condition. i, myself chose to use the relaxation instead of meds. its better for ya. give it a try, you will see, just calm down and try some techniques. youre gonna be fine. i am!
