My meds make me a little drowsy so I take them between 7 and 8 pm. I get a good nights sleep that way. If they work to keep you calm durning the day with out feeling sleepy then change to the morning. You could ask the doctor who perscribed them their oppinion.
do it whenever you feel like it hun!!! If your doing it on the hour then its still close to the beginning of this hour
Well wait till morning isn't almost bed time? Then you won't have to waist it if your going to bed.
