It hurts so bad
help me. i hurt so bad. i just dont want to go anymore. im sitting here at the computer just wainting it all to end. im not happy. i never will be. please help please.
Answer:what hurts? to say you will never be happy is a bold statement. i was once at a point where nothing in the world mattered. i felt like i imagine you feel. but today, i have everything i want. the only thing i can tell you is to take the pain for a while. when you are in a dark place, things can only get better. don't do anything drastic and try to find positive things in your life. at least you have hope. hope can be very strong. use it to get where you want to be.
Things have a way of turning around. You need to ask for help from someone who is available to you. If you don't have a friend, family member of doctor you can call then call a local suicide hotline.
Get an appointment with a professional. It may take medication it may take therapy but you can make it through this and have a good life
Have faith. That's all you can do. Faith means you may stumble and fall, but you know you'll get up and get through...even if you don't see how. You will. Now get off the computer, put on some loud music and dance around the house.
Things change before you know it. This is the now and soon it will be in the past. Let this ride out. No need to take action. If you are able to do so, get out and get a funny movie or something. Go to a movie theatre, but don't be there alone. Things will change, this is not the forever.
We all go through depression or hard times. Don't give up! Ask God for help. How bad can it be that you don't want to go on anymore. There's a solution for every problem. Go to a Church and get spiritual guidence this will help ease your problem. God loves you! He doesn't want you to get hurt. Cry out to God and he will hear you, just as he heard my prayer.
