I had TOO much drink last night and woke up with very vague recollections of the night. I remember really random specific events in no particular order. However, i apparently did something stupid - which i DO NOT remember doing. I have tried SO HARD to remember....

is there a way to somehow trigger the memory?

Answer:

Nope. I talk from experience. When you are alive, conscious, and drunk the night before but don't remember it the next day is called a black out or a state i like to call auto pilot.

You might want to ask your friends what you were doing over the course of the night. Try and think about the last thing you remember. You might get flash backs of bits and pieces of what happened through out the course of the night, but you probably will never recall all of the night.

We all do stupid things when we're drunk than feel like an *** the next day. Your best bet is to suck it up and aplogize for being the drunken idiot. Try and pace your self next time. ;-)

Ask whoever you were with what you did. Find out if there were video cameras present.

And next time, don't drink so much. Beyond that, you've already killed off the brain cells and the memories they probably held.

Yes, ask the people you were with & it might trigger some memories. But, you still may not remember. It sounds like you probably "blacked out" during the parts you don't remember. Very common when too much alcohol is consumed.

simple. ask people who were present while you were intoxicated.

Nope, you burned your brain cells with the alchol and brain cells can not be reguvenated.

Maybe you need to learn self control so you don't do something stupid next time.
