Answer:
You can be crazy and sane but you can also be wise and insane. Yes there is a fine line.
i begining too think so
you are absolutely right
Yes! Thin. Very, very thin. Like....BOOOO! That kind of fine. Trust me. :P
yes,..and many cross it often.
yes and its as thin as the head of an axe.
not thin, but close ;)
Yes, but if you stay physically healthy your mind will usually be healthy also.
No. I mean if a person is in grasp with reality, and able to adjust to circumstances they are all right.
When a person is insane it is completely opposite of a sane person, believe me. A person who is having problems believe things like their televison is talking to them or every one can read their minds. Nope not a thin line at all.
No I think there's an entire gulf between the 2
Yup, I think there is. Symptomology of mental illness generally exists on a spectrum. We ALL have symptoms, that in grand form would be considered a part of an illness. it's just a matter of how this symptomology plays out in physically, emotionally, socially, cognitively reality. Whether illness manifests also depends on how pervasive it is within these quadrants of functioning and to what extent symptoms hinder functioning.
When I was younger I didn't think so. Now I'm fairly certain it's extremely thin. After having menieres disease for the last 5 years and having dizziness almost constantly with an occasional bout of verigo and anxiety, there are times I wonder if I'm even sane anymore.
In some cases -- the absolute thinest of lines !!
